Great product, exceptional customer service

We are very satisfied with this mic system. It simplifies our challenge of amplifying the speakers in the room and connecting to Zoom simultaneously. This system turns a complex setup into a turnkey solution that better serves our meeting participants, both in person and those joining virtually. I also appreciate the ability to expand the number of microphones and add an external audio source via the XLR input.
But even more impressive is the customer service we've received. The sales representative called me after hours to coordinate delivery on a tight timeline and outside of their normal business hours. It was like dealing with a shop down the street. We are very satisfied customers.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Casey! We’re delighted to hear that the mic system has simplified your setup and made your meetings run more smoothly for both in-person and remote participants. It’s also wonderful to know that the expandability and flexibility of the system are serving your needs.

We take pride in providing attentive customer service, and your kind words about your experience mean a lot to us. It was truly our pleasure to assist with your delivery on a tight timeline, and we’re so glad we could help make everything come together seamlessly.

We sincerely appreciate your trust in us and look forward to supporting you whenever you need us again.

Fantastic

A fantastic addition to our meetings. The microphones are highly sensitive and pick up all the voices with great clarity.
