Great product, exceptional customer service

We are very satisfied with this mic system. It simplifies our challenge of amplifying the speakers in the room and connecting to Zoom simultaneously. This system turns a complex setup into a turnkey solution that better serves our meeting participants, both in person and those joining virtually. I also appreciate the ability to expand the number of microphones and add an external audio source via the XLR input.
But even more impressive is the customer service we've received. The sales representative called me after hours to coordinate delivery on a tight timeline and outside of their normal business hours. It was like dealing with a shop down the street. We are very satisfied customers.
